The importer (buyer) creates the PO (purchase order). Customs and delivery arrangements begin here too.

The exporter (supplier) creates a PI (Proforma Invoice) from the PO. The Invoice and Packing List are digitized too, simply by filling in a template.

03CustomsCUSTOMS
The freight forwarder books vessel space (Booking) using the PO and PI. The customs broker then prepares the clearance and declaration based on the shipment information.

By connecting to shipping lines and tracking services, the vessel’s current position and ETA are pulled in automatically — no more “Where is it now?” or “When will it arrive?”

The warehouse checks inbound and outbound status while the carrier coordinates domestic delivery and scheduling — seeing every shipment through to completion.
